Chocolate Spread With Roquefort

Chocolate and blue cheese go well together, it's a fact. Chocolate and goat cheese remind me of a cheesecake. It is creamy, unctuous, both sweet and savory, ca also eats well spread at the spoon.


250 g goat cheese  

50 g roquefort
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup dark chocolate 85%
2 tbs of ground pistachios

Let the goat cheese and Roquefort cheese at room temperature for 1 hour or 2.
Melt the chocolate in microwave
Add the pistachios and cheese
Mix all in food processor until smooth. That's it!
